He combines experience in growing early-stage companies with high-level strategy consulting.
Lee builds intelligence into our systems. He has a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence from McGill University and worked at SRI International in Palo Alto from 1993 to 2001. For the past decade, he has focussed on collaborative work, privacy and security. Lee makes sure that our systems get smarter as people use them.
Karen drives the TeamFit team to ever-higher levels of execution. She brings close to 20 years of management experience in the technology sector with over 15 years in the solution consulting and enterprise B2B software. Having direct experience of the challenges people in these industries face, she is determined to help them to solve them. She has a keen interest in high performance teams and promoting leadership within them.
Roger is responsible for Worldwide Enterprise Sales. He engages with senior level stakeholders to provide insight and knowledge, by challenging the conventional thinking on how to get the best out of teams and people. He brings to TeamFit close to 25 years of multi-faceted experience leading sales and delivery of premium talent management, contact center and networking solutions to Major Global Accounts.
Gregory leads the product design for TeamFit. With over 25 years of multidisciplinary design experience, Gregory brings simplicity to user interaction. By applying a Service Design approach, Gregory specifically looks at experiences and emotions that are often neglected but have profound impact on decisions. He has a Masters Degree in Architecture and second Masters in Design. He is a Professional Member of Service Design Network and a Certified Graphic Designer by The Society of Graphic Designers of Canada. He lives with his family on Bowen Island.
A loving father and hard-core cyclist, Warren uses his inquisitive mind to develop elegant solutions that make people happy. With over 10 years development experience, Warren’s role is to accelerate our development, making TeamFit the social skills platform of choice where people will demonstrate and find talent.
N-Q is the heart of TeamFit. She has a deep understanding of how individuals from different cultures come together to become a team. N-Q has designed across many media and industries and brings these insights into the work she delivers.
David thinks carefully about how people interact with software at a granular and social level and builds code that makes those interactions pleasing and effective. He has a Ph.D. in interaction design from Simon Fraser University and is a professional artist whose work crosses physical and virtual worlds.
Malcolm is a general manager by training and an entrepreneur by nature. He invests in private growth firms and works with them on execution or commercialization issues. Malcolm has invested in and been a director of several Vancouver-area media and communications technology companies over the past 15 years including Mailchannels. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s School of Business Administration, he has a special interest in fostering innovative projects in the areas of environmental sustainability and social justice. Malcolm is an accomplished yachtsman and understands how skills and teams can combine to drive success.
Amar grounds TeamFit in the reality of how companies work and what people want to achieve in their careers. A leader in the talent management industry, (he was co-founder of Thinq which was acquired by Saba in 2005) he has led the development of the systems used at some of the world’s largest companies for learning and talent management.

Kirk is a Senior Executive and Leadership Coach with 35 years proven results as an executive building profitability growth in technology businesses. Leveraging a breadth of experience in marketing, financing and operating high growth technology companies Kirk has had a transformative impact on the companies he engages with. Before moving to an investor and advisory role he was CEO of NBS Technologies, a global provider of equipment and software to the smart card industry. Kirk contributes to Vancouver’s technology start-up community as an Executive in Residence for the BC Innovation Council.

Chuck is an internationally recognized expert in mentoring, collaboration, learning and gamification. He led IBM’s internal efforts in these areas and currently consultants widely. He has been a passionate advocate of skills representation and sharing technologies for many years.
Colin is currently CEO of Via Science, a big-data analytics company in Cambridge MA. He has extensive experience in management consulting and in data analytics.
